Delhi Police seize Rs 6 lakh in fake Rs 100 notes from gang with ‘ISI links’ Delhi Police special cell on Friday arrested two persons, reportedly associated with the ISI and seized Rs 6 lakh in fake Rs 100 notes that they were allegedly trying to funnel into India from Nepal. According to sources the consignment worth Rs 6 lakh of FICN (fake Indian currency notes) was smuggled from Nepal to India. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने लगाई Google, Microsoft और Yahoo को फटकार सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दुनिया की बड़ी टेक्नोलॉजी कंपनियों- गूगल, याहू और माइक्रोसॉफ्ट को लींग परीक्षण के एक मामले में फटकार लगाई है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस ने पाया कि इन तीनों कंपनियों को भारतीय कानून की कोई कद्र नहीं है। कोर्ट ने लींग परीक्षण से जुड़े कंटेंट को बैन करने के लिए इन कंपनियों से एक इंटर्नल एक्सपर्ट पैनल बनाने का भी निर्देश दिया है, जो गर्भ में पल रहे बच्चे के लिंग जांच से जुड़े आपत्तिजनक शब्दों की पहचान करके, उससे जुड़ी चीज़ें दिखाने से रोके। कोर्ट ने दूसरे देशों में ऐसे ही कंटेंट बैन होने का उदाहरण देते हुए गूगल, याहू और माइक्रोसॉफ्ट को भारतीय कानून के प्रति उत्तरदायी होने की बात कही है। कोर्ट का कहना है कि जब दूसरे देशों में ये कंटेंट बैन है तो भारत से क्यों नहीं हो सकता।Read more at punjabkesari supreme-court

Canada sets free 1985 Air India Kanishka bomber Inderjit Singh Reyat Canada has set free the lone person convicted in the 1985 bombing of Air India flight 182, called Emperor Kanishka, in which around 330 people were killed.Reyat, a Sikh immigrant from India, was convicted of making bombs that were stuffed into luggage bags and planted on 2 planes leaving Vancouver, and of lying in court to cover up for his co-accused.
